First Cliff is my thinking place. It’s a favorite jogging route and home to the lighthouse on the shoreline where I go for inspiration, problem‑solving, and a clear view of the Atlantic.
Whether developing presence and public speaking skills, or implementing new processes or procurement strategies, growth and change can feel daunting. But when you start by simply building confidence and leverage the right supporting tools, change becomes not just manageable, but energizing. That clear horizon is within reach.
I genuinely love helping others succeed. A lifelong academic and former writing and composition instructor, I’ve spent nearly 20 years of my career learning and growing in Marketing, Communications, and Business Development leadership roles in the AEC industry. Storytelling is both my passion and my practice. It’s how I connect people in ways that drive both personal and business growth.
I’m especially drawn to mapping the path from current state to desired future state, for both organizations and individuals. I enjoy thoughtful process design, always grounded in human experience, purpose, and the original why. Process for its own sake doesn’t work. Solutions must be simple, memorable, adaptable, and supportive of real outcomes.
You’ll find me approachable, nimble, and people‑first. I’m creative but also highly pragmatic, able anticipate needs and pivot quickly when needed.
